Data Factory is one of four providers approved by Skatteetaten (the Norwegian Tax Administration) for synchronization with the modernized Det Norske Folkeregisteret. We help organizations keep personal and customer data up to date - securely, efficiently, and fully automated.

Our synchronization services are designed for: a) Organizations that do not have national ID numbers in their own systems, which falls under what Skatteetaten refers to as the Rights Package: “private enterprise”, and b) Organizations that do store national ID numbers in their systems.

For organizations that by law are entitled to receive national ID numbers and confidential information from Det Norske Folkeregisteret, Data Factory will act as the data processor on behalf of the organization. We ensure continuous updates with relevant changes registered in Det Norske Folkeregisteret.

Before synchronization begins, we perform an initial cleansing of your data against Det Norske Folkeregisteret. If the match rate is low (typically in cases requiring unique identification), we can assist in improving the dataset to be matched against Det Norske Folkeregisteret, using our data cleansing product Live Update.

Do you already have an agreement with Skatteetaten for synchronization with Det Norske Folkeregisteret? Then we can take full responsibility as your data processor and ensure that updates are carried out correctly and seamlessly.
